As someone who has spent over two decades helping small businesses navigate the complex world of finance, accounting, and tax planning, I understand firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face. My background in behavioral health as both a therapist and program director has equipped me with a unique perspective on the importance of emotional intelligence and self-awareness in leadership. I’ve had an accounting and tax firm with my husband, and we have been in business for 23 years. We’ve been around long enough that we’ve seen the ‘extra’ things entrepreneurs need. I’m hoping to expand on the accounting and tax end and create a presence with the sole goal of assisting entrepreneurs. I want to give them the support they need and offer them my advice and perspective. If I can provide some useful strategies, I would love to do that. Ultimately, my goal is to see these entrepreneurs discover a new level of satisfaction and reach success in their business(es). My firm will be a stepping stone for them to realize their goals and improve their skills, which in turn will help their businesses thrive and grow.
